Common Questions

Where is bail posted for the Glendale City Jail?

Call us and we’ll confirm the bail amount and where it can be posted. If your loved one is transferred to the LA County Sheriff’s Inmate Reception Center, bail is posted there, at 450 Bauchet St. in downtown Los Angeles.

Is bail still required in Los Angeles County?

Not always. Since October 1, 2023, LA Superior Court’s pre-arraignment release rules mean most misdemeanors and non-violent, non-serious felonies are cited or booked and released without money bail before arraignment. Serious and violent felonies are still bailable under the county bail schedule. Call us and we’ll tell you whether bail applies.

What does bail cost?

Premiums are typically 10% of the bail amount, based on rates filed with the California Department of Insurance. We explain the full cost up front, and flexible payment plans are available.

Can bail be posted at night?

Yes. We’re available 24/7, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and a licensed agent answers every call.

Is it confidential?

Yes. We handle every case discreetly and keep your information private.
